Replacing an old gas heater or air conditioner
If you are replacing an existing system, we take care of the old one. A licensed gasfitter disconnects and caps the gas supply, refrigerant is recovered by a licensed refrigeration technician, and old units are removed and disposed of lawfully as e-waste. If an old unit can’t be removed, we tell you before you agree to the job.
Getting the size right
During the site assessment we look at the rooms you want to heat and cool and your existing system. For ducted replacements we inspect the existing ductwork and tell you in writing if it should be replaced. For multi-split systems we size each room and give you a copy of the sizing record.
